Description:
Mt Everest Base Camp is the most popular destination for
trekkers in Nepal. Its popularity has grown since the first expeditions to the
Nepalese side of Everest in the 1950s.
The Everest Base Camp trek, a very well known mountain trek,
starts from Lukla (2804m) and follows the Dudh Kosi valley which climbs up to
the Sherpa capital of Namche, a bustling bazaar that’s a junction for trekkers,
the local Sherpa and expedition groups.
All along this part of the trail, villages are interspersed
with magnificent forests of rhododendron, magnolia and giant firs. In both the
early autumn and late spring, the flowers on this portion of the trek make it
the kind of walk you will remember for a long, long time.

The trek takes off from Lukla. First we should take 30
minutes morning flight from Kathmandu to Lukla and we land its tiny at Lukla
Airstrip then our trek start to Khumbu Region. The trek follows the Dudh Kosi
valley route with an ascent up to the Sherpa capital of Namche Bazaar. From
Namche, you traverse along a high path from where you have the first good view
of Everest. You head towards Thyangboche Monastery located on top of a mountain
ridge and then descend the Imja Khola and continue to the villages of Pangboche
and Pheriche. After that you arrive at the Khumbu Glacier. The trek through the
glacier takes you first to Lobuche and then to Gorak Shep, where you finally
reach your destination, Everest Base Camp at the foot of the Khumbu ice falls.

Day 01: Arrival in
Kathmandu
Your arrival to Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA), you
will be met by our Airport Representative, and transfer to hotel. Overnight at
hotel, inclusive of breakfast only  free

Day 02: Flight to Lukla
and trek to Phakding 3 to 4 hr
Today early in the morning, we drive about 15 minutes to
Tribhuwan International Airport. After 30 minutes scenic flight to Lukla (2804
mtrs.), we begin our trek to Phakding (2610 mtrs.) - 3 hours easy walking.

Day 03: Trek to
Namche Bazaar (3535 mtrs.). 5 to 5 hr
Overnight at Guest House, inclusive of breakfast, lunch
& dinner.
Day 04:
Acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar.
This is a day for an acclimatization. We have a fine walk
around the valley to adjust with thin air. Namche Bazaar is known as the
gateway of the Everest. We will take you to a museum too on the same day. There
you can see the traditional custom of Sherpa peoples. Besides, a fine view of
the Everest and other mountains can be over-viewed from this place. Overnight
at Guest House, inclusive of breakfast, lunch & dinner.

Day 05: Trek to
Tengboche (3850m). 5 hr  walking
By reaching Tengboche, we visit a monastery known as
Tengboche monastery. Then you will be taken to observe the prayer ceremony
whether in the evening or morning. Overnight at Guest House, inclusive of
breakfast.

Day 06: Trek to
Dingboche (4350 mtrs.) 5 to 6 hr walking
Overnight at Guest House, inclusive of breakfast, lunch
& dinner.
Day 07:
Acclimatisation day. 3 hr hiking
Today you can enjoy another day for acclimatization. This
day we will have trip to Chhukung valley, then we return to Dingboche in the
evening. We will take you to Chukung Ri (5546 mtrs) from there, we can observe
a fifth highest mountain Makalu. Overnight at Guest House, inclusive of
breakfast.

Day 08: Trek to
Lobuche (4950 mtrs.) 4 to 5 hr walking

Day 09: Trek to
Everest Base camp (5400 mtrs.) and return to Ghorakshep (5160m). 7 hr walking

Day 10: Hiking to
Kalapathar (5545mtrs.), then trek to Pheriche 7 hr to 8 hr walking
The day starts with a hike up to Kalapathar (5545 mtrs.), an
excellent viewpoint to observe the Mount. Everest and innumerable spectacular
mountains views. Then trek back to Pheriche (4280m). Overnight at Guest House,
inclusive of breakfast, lunch & dinner.

Day 11: Trek back to
Namche Bazar. 6 to 7 hr walking
Overnight at Guest House, inclusive of breakfast, lunch
& dinner.

Day 12: Trek to
Lukla. 7 hr walking
Overnight at Guest House, inclusive of breakfast, lunch
& dinner.

Day 13: After
breakfast fly back to Kathmandu.
Overnight at hotel, inclusive of breakfast.

Day 14: Leisure day
in Kathmandu
(it's also a spare day incase of any flight delay in Lukla due
to bad weather).

Day 15: Transfer to
Airport for your home departure. End of the tour!

Good to Know:
To begin this trek one has to take a flight to Lukla, which
is dependable on weather. Thus, it would be ideal to have a 3 - 4 days spare
time before flying back home to avoid such a hazardous situation.

Tim mengikuti laluan Lembah Dudh Kosi dengan pendakian untuk sehingga ibu dengan Namche Bazaar. Dari Namche, anda susur di sepanjang laluan yang tinggi dari di mana anda mempunyai pandangan baik pertama Everest. Anda menuju ke arah Thyangboche Monastery terletak di atas rabung gunung dan kemudian turun Imja Khola dan terus Pangboche dan Pheriche. Selepas itu anda tiba glasier Khumbu. The principal peaks of the western portion of the great Annapurna Himal, including Hiunchuli, Annapurna South, Annapurna, Ganagapurna, Annapurna III and Machhapuchhare, are arranged almost precisely in a circle about 10 miles in diameter with a deep glacier-covered amphitheater at the center. From this glacier basin, known as the Annapurna Sanctuary, the Modi Khola knifes its way south in a narrow gorge fully 12,000 ft. deep. Further south, the gorge opens up into a wide and fertile valley, the domain of the Gurungs. The middle and upper portions of Modi Khola offer some of the best short trekking routes in Nepal, and the valley is located so that these treks can be easily combined with treks into the Kali Gandaki region to the west. The Annapurna Base Camp trek leads to a natural amphitheater that is used as the base camp from which climbers start on their way to conquer the Annapurna Mountaintop. The mountain reaches 8091 meters above sea level, and the base camp's altitude is 4130 meters above sea level. Day 06: Tadapani - Chhomrung, The trails offers good views of the upper Modi valley. The route starts the long ascent high above the west bank of the Modi Khola. The village of Chhomrong lies tucked at the very base of Himal Chuli. Day 07: Chhomrong - Himalayan Hotel, Crossing Chomrong Khola, you continue trekking along steep stone steps. On your trails, you bypass rhododendron-covered ridge path, mountainous terrains and forests of bamboo. As you savor awe-inspiring views of Annapurna mountain ranges and Machhapuchhare, you gather more energy and enthusiasm to explore further. During your five-hour walking, you cross Modi Khola, pass through Khuldigar, Bamboo and Dovan and finally reach Himalaya Hotel. Day 08: Himalayan Hotel - Annapurna Base Camp, The trek remains on the west bank of Modi, now following through a more open valley and eventually emerges into the Sanctuary. Straight ahead is the high lateral Morain of the South Annapurna glacier. Day 09: Annapurna Base Camp - Hinku Cave, The trial passes through Machhapuchare base camp and all the way down hill to Hinku cave.This area is called Annapurna Sanctuary since it is totally surrounded by mountains.The spectacular Mountain View can be see from this trial. Day 10: Hinku cave - Chomrong, The trail up the Modi Khola passes through dense forests of rhododendron and bamboo across Annapurna mountain range. After trekking for 5 hours, you reach Chomrong. From Chomrong you can have prominent and mesmerizing view of Machhapuchhare. There are many chalet-style wooden lodges at Chomrong. Day 11: Chomrong - Ghandrunk, The trail through flatland, forests and terraced fields; a suspension bridge comes your way. On crossing this suspension bridge over Khumnu Khola, you enter beautiful village of Ghandruk after walking for 3 to 4 hours. You get to witness unique culture, tradition and custom of Gurung community. Ghandruk offers excellent views of Annapurna South, Gangapurna, Annapurna III and Machhapuchhare. Day 12: Ghandrungk - Birethanti / Pokhara: This day’s excursion takes participants on a descending, downhill adventure through villages and intricate meadows before arriving at the wonder-filled Syauli Bazaar then Nayapul and drive back to Pokhara.
